1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RuxiData ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

RuxiData is an AI-powered SEO data generation and content automation platform that enables users to:

  • Generate SEO research data (keywords, FAQs, People Also Ask, related links)
  • Create AI-generated content (outlines, blog posts, meta descriptions)
  • Automate content publishing to WordPress, social media, and Google My Business
  • Monitor indexing status via IndexNow and Google Search Console

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information and keep it up to date.

4. Token System & Billing

4.1 Token Packs

Tokens are purchased as one-time packs and consumed when generating SEO data. Token consumption depends on the number of rows and columns generated. Tokens do not expire. All purchases are final.

4.2 Agency Plan

The Agency Plan is a monthly subscription providing access to automation features, publishing integrations, and advanced capabilities. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.

4.3 Early Bird Pricing

Early bird pricing is available to the first 100 subscribers at a reduced rate. This rate is locked in for the lifetime of continuous subscription. Cancellation and re-subscription may result in loss of early bird pricing.

5. AI-Generated Content

Content generated through the Service is created using third-party AI models. While we strive for high quality:

  • AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies and should be reviewed before publishing
  • You are responsible for reviewing and editing all generated content
  • We do not guarantee specific SEO rankings or traffic results
  • Generated content is yours to use commercially without restriction

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Generate content that is harmful, defamatory, or infringes on intellectual property
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without authorisation
  • Exceed reasonable usage limits or abuse API endpoints
  • Use automated scripts to access the Service outside of provided APIs

7. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party platforms (WordPress, LinkedIn, Facebook, Google My Business, IndexNow). Use of these integrations is subject to the respective platform's terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability or behaviour of third-party services.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is the intellectual property of RuxiData. Content generated for you using the Service belongs to you. You grant us a limited licence to process your data solely for providing the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RuxiData shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned downtime.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the dashboard settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
